This fire truck is a replica of the traditional 1970-71
Hess Fire Truck, with the only difference that this truck was customized
by a toy designer, and only a half dozen or fewer exist. The difference you
can see in the photos below; in addition to the dome light, it also has
front and rear lights that work as well. This is how Hess should have
made these originally in my opinion.
